The Model of Inpatient Unit Service Quality at the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital Based on Malcolm Balridge Criteria

Background: In 2022, there was a decrease in the satisfaction rate and BOR UKI General Hospital inpatient unit. Improvements quality of health are needed. The Malcolm Balridge criteria is method measuring services from United States. malcolm balridge has dynamic framework provide as an independent comprehensive assessment.
 Purpose: Seven leadership, strategic planning, patient focus, measurement, analysis knowledge management, workforce work operation focus organizational performance results. researcher measured assessment at unit based on Balridge’s Criteria.
 Method: This research conducted 70 respondents unit, using qualitative approach with univariate scoring Results: score 276.5 out 1000 points. It early result position, poor quality. There gaps implementation stages well deployment several categories. Criteria that below average value results.
 Conclusion: purpose to overview model development for Balridg’s criteria.
